Park your vehicle at the Mull of Galloway car park on the outskirts of this Nature Reserve. Follow the fence on your left and go through the 'kissing' gate close by.

Kirkmaiden is the small hamlet on the B7065 between Port Logan and the Mull of Galloway, and is less than a mile from Drummore. Park your vehicle here, close to Kirkmaiden Kirk Covenant taking care not to block any entrances. The Old Kirk is well worth a visit, before or after your walk.

Park your vehicle at the picnic area at Chapel Rossan Bay, in Ardwell, which is on the A716 from Stranraer to Drummore. From here you have wonderful views over Luce Bay, towards the Machars of Galloway and, in the distance, of the Galloway Hills.

The South Rhins is the ideal destination for walking.
Take time to explore the beautiful countryside and the spectacular views from the rugged coastal paths.

Care should be taken around the coastal routes and we would ask you to adhere to the countryside code at all times.
