Follow the A716 from Sandhead and turn off the road at Kilstay Caravan Park. At the first Junction turn right and immediately turn left.

The bay is accessed by foot through Low Clanyard Farm and permission should be requested from the farmer before parking close by and walking a short way.The beach is stoney but very popular for rock fishing.
