These run daily from Stranraer to London, stopping a Glenluce, Newton Stewart, Creetown, Gatehouse of Fleet, Twynholm, Castle Douglas, Dumfries, Annan, Carlisle, Manchester, Birmingham and Milton Keynes.

There is also a daily service from Stranraer to Birmingham, stopping at Newton Stewart, Castle Douglas, Dumfries, Carlisle, Preston and Manchester.

From Stranraer to Ayr with some services stopping at Cairnryan, Glenapp, Ballantrae, Colmonell, Pinmore, Lendalfoot and Girvan. Connections are available here through Scottish Citylink to Prestwick Airport, Kilmarnock, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
